Partner Terms

Through the Ecomtrada Partner Program, you refer eCommerce webshops to us. When a referred webshop becomes a client, you receive a commission as described below. Participation is free and non-exclusive.

Anyone who knows a webshop that could benefit from Ecomtrada's Google Ads services — existing clients, entrepreneurs, freelancers or partners. You don't need to sell anything; you make the introduction, we do the rest.

10% of the referred client's monthly fee, for 6 months.

€250 bonus (one-time) for each client that signs a paid contract.

Volume tiers (apply going forward, from your next referral): 1–2 clients = 10% · 3–5 clients = 15% · 6+ clients = 20%.

A referral is valid when the referred webshop:

- is a new party that was not already in contact or managed by Ecomtrada; - names you as the referrer at first contact (e.g. via the application form or by answering "who referred you?"); - signs a paid retainer. Commission starts from the first payment.

Commissions are paid monthly via bank transfer in euros, after the client has paid their invoice.

A 30-day hold applies before a commission or bonus becomes payable (in line with our money-back guarantee).

You are responsible for any taxes due on your commission. For payout, we may ask for an invoice or your details.

If a client cancels or requests a refund within the 30-day hold period, the corresponding commission and bonus expire.

If a client stops after that period, the remaining monthly commissions stop from that moment.

Ecomtrada may change or terminate this program and these terms at any time. Referrals already submitted before a change keep the terms that applied at the time of submission.

- Existing clients or leads already in conversation with us. - Self-referrals or referrals that are not genuine (fraud leads to exclusion and forfeiture of commission).

We use your details and those of your referrals solely for running this program.
